C\u2019est \u00e0 se demander quand nos yeux r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Il est bien connu que le sommeil aide le corps \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer pendant la nuit.&nbsp;C\u2019est \u00e9galement valable pour les yeux !<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exposition prolong\u00e9e aux \u00e9crans perturbe le sommeil.&nbsp;En effet, le cerveau confond la lumi\u00e8re bleue des \u00e9crans avec la lumi\u00e8re du jour, ce qui retarde la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de la m\u00e9latonine (hormone du sommeil) et donc l\u2019endormissement.<\/p>\n<p>Alors on abandonne son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone quelques heures avant le coucher &nbsp;!
